What makes TOM BIHN bags different from other brands?
We design and manufacture our bags in our own Seattle factory using high-quality materials like Ballistic nylon and Halcyon. Each piece is built for longevity, functionality, and timeless design.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our Seattle warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or misuse, but we often offer repair services for a reasonable fee.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unwashed items in original condition within 60 days of purchase. Please include all original tags and packaging to ensure a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via UPS or DHL. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
What should I do if an item I want is out of stock?
On the product page, you can sign up for an email notification to be alerted as soon as that specific color or style is restocked. Many of our items are produced in limited batches.
