Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear, so we offer a 60-day return window for items in brand new, unused condition with all original tags attached. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our Seattle factory, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
